All reservations of Hale Akaula require a minimum 30-day rental agreement, even if you don't plan to stay that long. For guests only able to stay for a shorter period of time, we may offer departure intent-based pricing. If you receive departure intent-based pricing because you plan to stay shorter than a month, you are still entitled to the use of the property for the entirety of the agreement period. This means that Hale Aka`ula can not be rented for the remainder of the period of your agreement. Should you choose to stay longer than your original intended departure but within the term of the minimum 30-day rental agreement, you may do so, and will just be charged for the difference between the price based on your documented intent to depart early, and the current full-month rate as stated in your agreement. This provides you flexibility and optimized cost to you.
Intent based pricing can take all relevant conditions into account including fewer guests and shorter intended stays. If you have special needs or conditions, please let us know.
Extra guests require prior approval (and preparation of the home) and will be stated as part of your rental agreement. Please be sure to let us know an accurate number of guests that will be staying.
You absolutely can. If you want to stay for less than a month, please let us know. If you choose to stay longer than the intended date on your rental agreement (but within your contract 30 days), we will just charge you for the remainder of the month - this will all be spelled out I yr rental agreement.
