Hale Akaula is a luxury home in Waikoloa, and therefore does not offer Nightly Short-Term rentals.
Reservations for Hale Akaula are limited to at most 12 per year, and to comply with Hawaii County law, all reservations must be 30-days in length or more.
We understand that not every escape can be a month or more, and may offer intent-based pricing if you are not able stay for an entire month. Please understand that if your stay is less than 30-days, your rental agreement will still be a minimum of 30-days, and the property may not be rented to anyone else during the contracted rental period - That limits the enjoyment opportunities for guests at Hale Akaula, and so Intent-based pricing for any party intending to leave early or arrive late will be at the discretion of Hale Akaula.
In short - We want more people to enjoy Hale Akaula, so even if you can't stay an entire month - please send an inquiry of your desired dates. If we can accommodate you during your desired visit, we will.
