Hale Akaʻula is a luxury home in Waikoloa, and therefore does not offer nightly short-term rentals.
Reservations for Hale Akaʻula are limited to at most 12 per year, and to comply with Hawaii County law, all reservations must be 31 days in length or more.
We understand that not every escape can be a month or more, and may offer flexible arrival and departure dates within your agreement. Your rental agreement always covers a minimum of 31 days, and the home is reserved exclusively for you — it is never rented to anyone else during your agreement period, even if you arrive late or depart early.
In short — we want more people to enjoy Hale Akaʻula, so even if you can't stay an entire month, please send an inquiry with your desired dates. If we can accommodate you, we will.
A signed lease and payment via Stripe are required to secure your stay. For direct and Furnished Finder bookings, cancel within 14 days of signing for a full refund; payment is 50% at reservation and 50% sixty days before arrival.
