Hale Akaula is comfortable for two, while being able to accommodate family reconnections, up to 18 (including the Ohana, which can be added for all or part of your stay).
The main house has 3 full bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen), a queen sized roll-away couch, and fold-out twin-beds, while the Ohana has 1 queen bed, a twin couch, and fold-out beds.

This elevation means fewer mosquitoes, no roaring AC's and lower humidity, creating breezy, bite-free evenings that are ideal for quiet nights on the lanai, restful sleep, and long comfortable stays.

Hawai‘i took my breath away, but Hale Akaʻula made it feel like we were coming home every night. Waking up to those views, exploring the island by day, and relaxing on the lanai at sunset… it was everything we dreamed of and more. A true home away from home in paradise.
